Design of an earth dam for storage of river flow, with a volume of about 2.6 Mm3. The dam includes a concrete spillway for a maximum flow of 50 m3/s. The dam is about 18 m high and 450 m long. A float suction system was designed to be connected to the pumping station located beyond the embankment. The pumping was designed for a capacity of 3,000 m3/h.
